3R Recycler - As part of this partnership with 3R Recycler, the company will provide e-waste drop off centres and ensure environmentally sound management of electronics that have reached their end of life phase. 3R Recycler has obtained all the necessary authorizations from the appropriate governmental agencies for their processing facilities. 3R Recycler actively recycles and disposes of e-waste. Recycle those products that cannot be repaired. Customer may handover their end of life products to our nearest drop points for proper recycling.

Life Cycle of our Products:
As defined under New E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016 life cycle of our products are as follows:
Laptops, computers and their accessories (ITEW3) are 5 years.
Printers, including cartridges and its accessories (ITEW15), are 10 years.
Feature phones and their accessories (ITEW15) are 7 years.
User terminals and systems and their accessories (ITEW9) are 6 years.

Our team will also inform you about any ongoing incentive or exchange offers available at the time. Incentives may vary based on the condition and remaining product life.
